How can you turn a negative into a positive today? Just one time. Just one experience that wasn't the best.
I showed up to my normal workout class to find a substitute teacher. The workout was anything but a workout. Somehow I summoned a positive attitude and looked at the experience as a funny story over something that was going to change the course of my day. I take my workouts seriously. I really do. Which was just another reason for me to acknowledge maybe I needed to take it easy and this was a great opportunity to do just that.
How can you take control of a negative situation today and find the positive? One bad workout isn't going to wreck my day, week or perspective. What about you?
